1. How long will the meat last?
Our meat and seafood products last up to 12 months in the freezer. Once thawed, our meat products last 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator, and our seafood products last 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
2. Where do we deliver?
We deliver anywhere within 20 miles of our plant, delivery days are on Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If your address is within 20 miles you will have the option to select Delivery at checkout.
Delivery Fee is a flat $10.00 on all orders below $199
Free delivery for orders over $199.
3. How are the products shipped?
Products are flash frozen at-40 degrees at peak freshness to lock in the natural juices.
Our product is in vacuum sealed packaging and is shipped with dry ice and insulation to keep your product in the ideal temperature range even in the heat of the summer.
Please note that sometimes products will begin to thaw during shipment, this is perfectly normal. All products are flash frozen and vacuum sealed. Once received they are safe to be refrigerated, re-frozen or cooked immediately!
If for any reason your package shows up and is not still cold, please contact us right away and we will refund your order, or send you a replacement.
