Cut and shaped from cellur-trim pork butts then hand-netted, with absolutely no water injected. These delicious roasts are custom made and range anywhere between 3-4lbs. Our custom porkettes also come in a variety of flavors.
Flavors include our Secret Porkette house blend spice rub, stuffed porkette with fresh Parsley & Provolone cheese, & stuffed porkette with fresh Mozzarella cheese and Broccoli Rabe.
